Ya'll. This is beautiful.

Now, I'm a big believer of finger food.

And if it fits on a cracker, it's goin on a cracker.

Today, I found this recipe in my food bible, which described this delectable morsel that had lump crap inside of an avocado "ravioli." Basically, making the ravioli out of avocado. Well, that is just messy, and takes up way too much time. And you needed this complex slicer which probably costs upwards of 100 bucks, so I just decided to make it into an hors d'ouvre.

I made the crab first, including lime zest, lime juice, sage, parsley, and salt.
Listen, I'm not a big seafood person, but I can eat some crab, now. And not that cheap imitation stuff, either. Get the real thing. You will love yourself for it.

Then I just took a sturdy cracker, put a slice of avocado on it, some crab love on top, et voila!
I sprinkled an extra bit of lime juice and salt and white pepper, just for a little bite.

Ya'll. Come on, now.



What is not to like?!
Mom adored it, and I believe that means I'll be making these more often than I thought.
